Product Information 

  • All products pricing listed on our website is in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are non-inclusive of postage charges. 

  • Any pearl, handmade or real flower accessories may not be entirely identical or symmetrical due to the nature of the material.

  • Silver needles are easily bent due to its soft nature, just simply bent it lightly to its original condition.

  • We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products. However, they may vary slightly different in reality due to studio lighting or different computer screen calibration and it shall not be deemed as defect issue.

  • Do note we will not be liable for any allergic reactions nor be able to offer any exchange or refunds. Should you experience any discomfort or allergy symptoms, kindly discontinue use immediately and seek medical attention.

Purchase Information

  • Kindly ensure that your orders are correct before you cart out. Replacement of item(s) are not allowed once the orders have been shipped out or item(s) are out of stock. 

  • Kindly ensure that your mailing details submitted are correct so that your item(s) can reach to you without any delay.  

  • Orders will be processed and shipped out within 1 to 3 business days during non-peak period and may take slightly longer during peak period such as festive period, major holidays and sales events.

  • Orders with PREORDER items will be processed once all the PREORDER items have arrived.

  • Promotional codes do not apply to sale items otherwise stated.

  • Orders are processed and mailed out during our business days which is Monday to Friday.
