Exchange & Return

• Exchange or return is only eligible for incorrect or defect item received.

• Exchange or return can only be performed once for regular item and subject to stock availability. For avoidance of doubts, exchange for our earrings is strictly not allowed due to hygiene purpose.

• Item must not be used or worn, and has to be returned with original packaging. 

• Sale items, discounted items or items purchased with promotional codes are not eligible for exchange.  

• We regret to inform that 5ive Letters has a no cash-refund policy. 

• We take pride in making sure all items are checked before mailing. In any unlikely event you have received a wrong item, please take a clear snapshot of the item and email us at marketing@5iveletters.com within 1-2 business days of receipt of parcel. Any email after the 3rd business day will not be honoured.

• Return and exchange of item must be done via trackable mailing method within 7 business days. Any item received after 7 business days will not be honored. Postage charges to be borne by customer. We apologize as we will not be responsible for any parcels lost in transit. 

​Solely at our discretion, we reserve all rights not to exchange if item is not in original condition.
