We accept payment modes via PayPal, credit cards, local bank transfer and PayNow.
For local bank transfer and PayNow (within Singapore), please opt for manual payment. Once payment has been made, please email a screenshot copy of your payment details to . Item will be released if payment is not received within 24 hours after your check out.
Orders will be processed upon successful payment.

COVID-19 has severely impacted international movement of people and goods as countries implement additional border controls and restrictions on international travel. As a result, airlines have drastically reduced international services, leading to a significant reduction in air freight capacity and frequency to and from Singapore to all international destinations. Please note that shipments to and from overseas will result in substantial delay.

Delivery times are only estimates and may/may not be the actual delivery standard experienced.
Any delay at the destination countries is beyond the control of 5ive Letters or third party shipping providers.

For international orders, we are unable to advise the amount payable for the parcel once it reaches your country as custom and import fees varies. Kindly check with your customs and import authority for more details.
In the event you reject the delivery of the order once it has reached the customs of your country, you will be responsible for any admin charges and will not receive the full amount you paid for the order.
